When I saw the trailer of the film the first time, I was so interested in the movie although I wasn`t born in USA and the film was about the history of that country principally.
J. Edgar is an exciting movie that tells the history of the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) through the point of view of John Edgar Hoover, a patriot man who was the youngest Director of that agency of the goverment and a promoter of the new techniques of the Forense Science.
Even though if you didn`t know nothing about American History, you will enjoy the movie and learn something about policy and the consequences of the power of the decisions.
Also, the performance of the principal actor, Leonardo Dicaprio who interpreted a John Edgar Hoover was amazing and in some cases he looked like a different person. In the next months, don`t be surprised if that film by Clint Eastwood will win a few prizes.
