It´s an interesting movie, I really like this movie from I was it. Although I don´t usually see epic movies. On the other hand, I need to say this movie helped to come back epic movies on the top. The photography was amazing and I felt so happy and sad with the characters especially when Comodo ordered to kill Maximo´s family.

The movie begins with a war; Maximo played by Russell Crowe was an excellent General who led the troops and he was a victorious, when Maximo came back to Roma, the Emperor Marco Aurelio played by Richard Harriswho, who was very sick, offered temporally the power of Roma to Maximo until the Senate finally took power. Even though Marco Aurelio had a son his name was Comodo played by Joaquin Phoenix.

When Comodo known that his father was thinking about Maximo for giving him the power, he killed his father and took the power. Comodo asked Maximo follow him, but Maximo known there was something bad.

After the Maximo negative, Comodo ordered to kill Maximo and his family; Maximo survived, unfortunately his family not.

Maximo was very tired and he was took as a slave, in that condition he had to fight for winning the liberty. After many fights, he arrived to Roma Coliseum there Maximo run into Comodo.

Comodo was surprised when saw him and he planned to kill Maximo in a fight, but before of fight Comodo injured to Maximo in his ribs, he went to fight very hurt, but Maximo won even if was dying man.

Maximo finally died over sand of Roma Coliseum and people took his body on the shoulders, after Maximo’s death everything was good in Roma.

If you haven’t seen this movie before, you have an one good option to see an interesting movie.
